I recommend you take your issues up with the source of your issues. Your friend.
Tell him:
You don’t like MLP, don’t want to watch it and by forcing you to watch it, he is hurting you and upsetting your friendship.
If he continues, stop being friends with him.
Taking your problems out by attacking others will do nothing for your well-being. All this does is make your victim angry and it makes them retaliate, making the situation even worse.
Get up, go talk to your “friend” and go solve your problems, rather than try to feel better by making others feel worse.
